Shades of Grey+ Slouchy Grey Booties

Shorts in January?!

Yup, only in LA! I take advantage anytime the weather feels right even if it’s the winter season.
I wanted a casual and chic look so I wore my new suede cardigan via
it’s so soft and comfy yet looks stylish for a look that you can either dress up or down.
This cardigan has the perfect fit and I love that it flows in the front.
I am also wearing one of their tops that comes with a great criss cross detailing in the front.
I love basic tops because they are a staple piece that goes with just about anything, this top comes with long sleeves, it’s easy to layer with and I love the color as well.
I have become the queen of booties and I’m loving my new pair via
click the link to redirect you to the exact pair I’m wearing.
They are under $40 and when you use the code
‘MYSB20R’ you receive 20% off regular priced items.
They are comfortable to walk around in, the perfect peep toe booties and the color is easy to pair with any look.
This pair is also available in different colors, trust me when I say you need these in your life!
They transform your look and this pair took my outfit from casual to chic instantly!
I love adding last minute accessories so I wore one of my new belts from Forever 21 along with
this beautiful bag via
I’ve linked a similar bag so click to check it out!
They have tons of options for all of you bag lovers like myself!
I might be wearing shorts but at least my color palette screams winter! lol

Tribal Print Button Up+ Button Up Denim Skirt

I meant it when I said I am taking advantage while I can to wear skirts, it’s been a little warm lately so of course I have to show some leg.

I scored this denim button up skirt a couple months back and you wouldn’t believe it if I told you but it was on sale for under $6!!!

I grabbed it right away and I got lucky they had it in my size, it runs a little big and I usually go for a size 3 or 5 but I had to get this skirt in a size 0.

I fell in love with it because I’ve added another staple piece to my wardrobe that can transition from season to season.

I would have normally tucked a shirt in but I wanted a different touch to this look and wore this button up top and turned it into a crop top.
I’ve worn this top on the blog before but with jeans and booties so I wanted something completely different this time around.

I added my all time favorite block heels to bring everything together and my look was complete.
Enjoy and happy Sunday!

Nicole Lee USA+ White Ruffle Bodysuit

It’s actually raining today and the fresh weather feels amazing right now!

I was lucky enough to wear my all time favorite shorts just one more time before the cold weather hit Los Angeles! hehe

I have shared my denim shorts so many times on the blog before but I definitely have no shame in wearing them time and time again because they are so versatile.

I wore this look a couple of weeks ago and finally got around to sharing it, I received new items from
the day of their grand opening and OMG they had the cutest accessories!

I’ve always wanted to try the scarf around the neck trend and what better way than to sport the look with this beautiful silk scarf!
I love that Nicole Lee always has the cutest prints and designs which make me step outside of the box.
The colors on this scarf are easy to go with just about anything so I wanted to keep everything else plain and simple.
I also received the cutest little red clutch but the cool thing about it is that you can turn it into a cross body bag. There was a chain included which I love because you all know my obsession for cross body bags.
There are other colors available that some of the other bloggers received in black and white.

I had to wear this ruffled bodysuit one more time as well because I got so many compliments the first time around and it’s easy to throw on.

It turned into a casual and chic look, instead of going with sandals I wore my high top Converse to complete the look.

Enjoy.

Powder Blue Off the Shoulder+ Gladiator Sandals

I have been relaxing so far and enjoying my days off, it feels amazing to say the least!
I made my way to the Antelope Valley Fair which is about an hour away from Los Angeles.

This fair takes place every August for all locals to come and enjoy.
I went Monday afternoon and the weather was perfect with gloomy skies but still warm enough to be out.

I wore a casual bohemian outfit as I’m trying to take advantage of shorts and sandals before it cools down in a month or so.

I started off with my new powder blue off the shoulder top and as I’ve mentioned before, they are my obsession!!!

I love the loose fit of this top and how it comes with sleeves attached that just flow in the wind.

I got this top c/o
Click the direct link to see the exact top from their website!
It’s under $20!!!

I love it so much, I had to wear it as soon as it came in the mail!

Last time around I wore a blue off the shoulder top with white shorts so this time I wanted something casual and comfortable to walk around for the day.

I’ve had these blue denim jeans for a couple of years now and I have worn them so many times as well because they go with everything!

To add the perfect boho details, I went with my black gladiator sandals which also had to make their way to my blog before it cools down.
I also wore go-to wide brim hat, velvet choker and black bag to bring the look together.
I’m wearing all black details as I’m transitioning slowly but surely into my dark color palette for fall.

The fair was so much fun, lots of walking around with fun rides and of course the yummy food and treats I got to spoil myself with.

Enjoy.

Black on Black Bohemian

Happy Wednesday guys!!!
I am so excited to share today’s #ootd because I’ve been waiting to put this together for a while now and I finally made it happen.

I bought these bell bottom pants last year and they were on sale so of course the shopaholic in me had to say yes.
They were under $15, the material is soft and stretchy to fit all of the right places enhancing my curves and make me feel feminine and stylish.
Another big plus that caught my eye was the high waist fit so I purchased them right away and I have been anxiously waiting to wear them.

I knew I wanted to do an all black look to make it fierce with a touch of edginess by wearing my black lace bralette along with the rest of my accessories being black as well.
Whenever I do “black on black” looks I always tend to go all out, but who doesn’t for festival season?
These black strap clog heels have been my go-to lately because they are so comfortable to walk in and give me some height so the flared pants won’t drag on the floor.

Boho looks are my favorite and this can be best described as an edgy bohemian look.

Instead of wearing my hair down, I went with braids to show off the details and a bold red lip to bring it all together.

These sunnies are beyond perfect, I love the round lens shape and the smooth fit is my favorite.

Enjoy the look.

Robert Wayne Footwear: Timberlands+ Off the Shoulder Top

Hey guys!

I had a very productive and fun weekend, hope you all did as well!
🙂

I am sharing my third and final #ootd from the collaboration I did with
I saved my favorite for last wearing my new off the shoulder top which is trending everywhere for spring!
I love the light and airy feeling it gives off and pairing it with jeans was the way to go, all of my three looks have been casual but in their own unique way.

I am so glad I have these boots to call my own, the comfortability is amazing to say the least! I feel like I can walk all day and not feel a thing. Blue goes with just about anything making it easier to wear this season and Timberland has a great quality in making their shoes. Both the inside and outside of the shoe look and feel great!
They are true to size which is always my favorite and they are also available in black.

I kept the bright and bold lip to make a statement and my look was complete.

I love exploring new areas in Los Angeles and this spot was breathtaking, the view was simply amazing and the breath of fresh air was exactly what I needed.

Such a great way to start off spring and I can’t wait for the months ahead to show more styles and my inspirations with you all.

Enjoy.

Happy Monday!
I am beyond excited to share a new lookbook I did in collaboration with
this is now the third time we have collaborated and each time is a fun and new experience.

I styled the Navy Blue Timberland Glancy Boots and let me start off by saying how comfortable they are to walk around in, even with the heel it feels like I’m walking on a cloud. The cushion feels amazing and I was off walking the streets of LA.
Click here
to browse through their website and see all of the awesome styles they have to offer.

These boots add versatility to my closet and the possibilities are endless, I will be sharing three different looks.

To start off I am going to share a very casual look and this was perfect to walk around Los Angeles and being that we are in Spring, it feels great to jump into shorts and soak in the sun.

I love this street style look and the plain long sleeve gives me room to move around and feel fresh. I let my hair down, added a bold lip color for some fun to spice up the look.

This #ootd was inspired by Jennifer Lopez also known as “Jenny from the block”
I’ve always enjoyed seeing her street style looks, they are to die for so it was something I had to re-create.

I added the gold hoop earrings and a gold watch for a pop and my look was complete.

Enjoy.

Hope you enjoyed this look!

Go Bright or Go Home: Crochet Top+ Nike

Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a great weekend,
I am feeling quite chipper this morning because I’m on spring break.

I”m taking full advantage of the things I love such as working out, shooting plenty of looks for the blog, and enjoying my free time as much as possible for any adventure that comes my way.

I am here with a new #ootd that I actually wore a couple of weeks ago as soon as I bought my new pair of Nikes, they are meant for running but I couldn’t help myself to wear it casually.

The title is perfect for this look, go bright or go home!
I don’t own much orange so I love how this color pops and goes well with spring.
Festival season is approaching and my crochet clothing is making its way out of my closet and out onto the streets of LA!

Last time around, I wore this top with denim and heels so I wanted a change and kept it simple with black details.

This look is simple yet stands out with my black lace bralette, I wanted to mix the two materials and it was perfect like I imagined it would be.
The bralette brings a touch of sexy with its halter style, and I wore my black airy shorts to bring everything together.

Makeup was kept minimal and to finish the look I wore my nude matte lipstick that comes in “bumble” by Color Pop Cosmetics
product can last me all day and won’t transfer so it’s perfect and so pretty.

I kept my hair up to give the top the attention it deserves and kept one of the sides off the shoulder for an extra detail.

Enjoy!

Feel the Funk: Gladiator sandals

Happy Monday!

It was finally time to spring forward and now we can enjoy the sun a little longer which makes me so happy.

I am anxious for this week to be over because then I’ll finally be able to relax and enjoy my spring break!

I am excited to share today’s post with you all because I finally got my hands on gladiator sandals for the new year. My boyfriend actually bought them for me and as much as he laughs about the things I’m into, he listened and went out and bought me this pair.
I definitely wanted something dramatic and this was exactly what I had in mind!
I love the faux leather detailing along with the studs to give off a rocker chic vibe.
I own other pair of gladiator sandals but nothing can compare to this specific style.

I immediately knew what to pair it with and brought out my go-to black shorts which I have worn numerous times in so many different ways but I’m no stranger when it comes to repeating items from my closet, I just style it with a twist each and every time.

Here, I wanted to wear my new band tee that my best friend actually got for me a couple of months ago while we were shopping at Target and our favorite thing to do is check out the clearance rack and I spotted this hidden gem and scored it for under $10, I believe it was under $7 to be exact. lol

I knew the band tee would match the edginess of the sandals and it made the print of the shirt stand out more with black accessories.

A dark lip was a must to keep the edgy vibes going but of course it added a touch of chic to the overall look and with the perfect pair of sunnies my outfit was complete.

Spring is my favorite season here in Los Angeles because the weather is just perfect so I am really excited to share all my upcoming looks.

Enjoy.

Valentine’s Day Blush Tones

Happy Wednesday!
So excited to share this new look that I did in collaboration with a fellow Latina Blogger

Follow her on Instagram, and make sure to check her out on YouTube, and Fashion Blog as well at:

So glad this idea finally came to life and way better than what I imagined, we styled two different looks but to start off I’ll be sharing our take on a casual look.
I loved what Karina came up with from her white shift dress, to the fringe vest making the look chic and classy. A contrast with the shoes was the right touch to pull the outfit together and perfect for the warm days we have been experiencing here in Los Angeles.

As for my look, I had to go with my athletic side but with a twist of girly!
I have seen this two piece set everywhere on Fashion Nova’s Instagram page and I knew right away I had to go out and buy it!
I fell in love with the color and the fit is perfect for my body shape and accentuates it in all the right places.
Crop tops are also an obsession of mine so that was another reason to buy it, it comes in grey as well but the dusty rose is perfect for Valentine’s Day and Spring as well!

I kept everything minimal with gold hoop earrings and my dainty gold necklace and to pull everything together I added my new Nike’s.

This was such a fun turnout and I can’t wait to share the second look later this week!
