Now more than ever we are surrounded by social media, an image that everyone portrays of what we should look like or the way we should be living but at the end of the day it’s all about being comfortable in your own skin!
Being comfortable in your own skin means embracing your flaws and knowing that no one is you and that’s your power! Instead of comparing yourself to others, appreciate the things you have in life because you are unique and have something different to offer this world!
The same goes with anything you wear, always be true to yourself and comfortable in your skin. Don’t fall into the hype of trends and name brand items especially when you don’t have the money to spend like that. If you feel comfortable wearing a white t-shirt and denim jeans then rock that outfit girl! I am a firm believer and huge advocate when it comes to spending smart and I’m definitely not afraid to speak on it because I’d rather spend money on food than ONE expensive item! LOL
I’m going to keep it 100% real right now…it has been a process to come into my own body and embrace every little detail about it. I must say, being 28 has allowed me more than ever to be confident and rock my own style, I like to have fun, be creative and carefree because #yolo LOL
Remember that things aren’t all that serious so just live life and most of all, enjoy it!
P.s. How cute is this top?! I LOVE the polka dots AND it’s also a crop top which is a huge obsession of mine so shop below for $15!!!

Now let’s keep it alllll the way real right now, when people say stop complaining and start doing it’s easier said than done!
Am I right?! I struggle with this as well, some days I’m on top of everything aka getting shit done and other days I feel lazy and put things off for later or even the next day. It takes a lot of practice and it is definitely possible, it’s all about baby steps and not letting excuses take control of your daily activities.

A good way for me to “stop complaining, start doing” is by writing down a list of things to do for the week. I do this every Monday morning and check things off as I do them, I make sure to accomplish a little everyday.
For example, yesterday was one of those days where I just didn’t want to do anything and I won’t lie I put off the gym in the morning but I still went at night and instead got other things done around the house during the day. Don’t get me wrong, I do understand that our body needs to rest and although that is very difficult for me to do because I’m always on the go, I do sit back and relax a little even if it’s an hour out of the day.

Do what you love, what gives you passion and gets you going!!! If you want to start that blog, DO IT! If you want to start that YouTube channel, DO IT! When I started blogging and filming videos for YouTube a couple of years ago I just threw myself into it and everything else started coming along. I’m still learning and evolving which is a part of life but being stuck and scared is not an option for me and t shouldn’t be for anyone else.
So anything you want to do in life, JUST DO IT! Your happiness comes first so take care of yourself, your thoughts and the energy that surrounds you!
Happy Sunday loves, it was a great weekend and I hope everyone had a fun time celebrating St. Patty’s Day yesterday. I spent yesterday afternoon trying different places to eat and drink in Downtown LA which I always love going to because it’s constantly evolving and finding hidden gems is my favorite thing to do. As for today, I stayed in my pj’s all day watching movies and organizing my room; it’s all about balance right?! Tomorrow is a new week so back to the gym I go and I’m ready to start off strong so let’s do this!
I am going to share my tips and tricks on how I wear personally like to wear denim multiple ways. The best time to experiment with denim in my opinion is for winter and spring because there’s no way you’ll catch me in jeans during the summer.
I like to choose a good pairs that has its own unique style to create endless looks. My must have denim style are the ones high at the waist because they fit my body like a glove and go with just about anything. This type of style is so versatile and I love that I can wear it with crop tops, bodysuits, t-shirts etc. The way to create endless looks with one pair of denim is by switching it up with your tops and shoes. Switch it up with your colors and styles of tops, same goes for shoes by wearing sandals, or sneakers and heels another day. I’ve done it all and I’m loving my new pair via Lola Shoetique I love that they look cool, they come with a flare at the ankle and a cute denim belt to cinch the waist. When ordering this style, I would say to size up because they do run small and I am wearing a size large. I love that the flare sits at the ankle because you can show off your shoes and you all know I have the biggest love for shoes so trust me when I say I am going to continue wearing this pair of jeans and styling it multiple ways.

We all know that Gingham is definitely in right now, I’ve seen it on everything from shorts to dresses and when I saw this top on www.gojane.com I fell in love because not only is it a crop top but I love that it comes in baby blue. I have been obsessing over blue tones lately, it’s the perfect pop of color, it’s nice and fresh.
This top caught my eye because I love the feminine touch that it adds to the entire look. This top is also available in other colors so make sure to check out their website.
I’m going to Miami in a few weeks and I’m definitely bringing this top with me, it’s so versatile and something you can dress up or down. For today’s look, I kept things casual in all blue by wearing denim and my go to mules.
Enjoy the look. <3

Who loves denim on denim?! Every year I pull out a couple of different pieces and never seem to get tired of this trend and it works for every season.
I love shopping and looking for different items I can add to my closet when it comes to Go Jane because they have it ALL!!!
I love and enjoy collaborating with GoJane, they are so sweet and I always get tons of compliments whenever I wear something from their store. When I saw this denim top online I knew it had to be mine and the bell sleeves were the winning touch that convinced me to get it right away!
This top is so cool and different because I love that it gives it touch of chic but it comes in a crop top style which is my obsession. I threw on a distressed pair of high waist denim shorts to make it casual.
I am always in need of a pop of color so I wore my pink heels which are also from Go Jane and my look was complete.
